(Furqan) 25 : 6
قُلْ أَنْزَلَهُ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا
You say: "It is sent by the One Who knows the secret within the heavens and the earth; indeed, He is the Oft-Forgiving, Merciful".
Adhikr is the Three-Time-Knowledge of the Three-Time-Knower Lord. But 999 out of each 1000 will not accept Adhikr as explained in verse 4: 118. See explanation 2: 255 and 22: 70.
